TADigest Members: Every new year we make promises to be good to ourselves. We promise that we will stop smoking, eat better, lose weight, make more money, take a vacation and more. It seem that every year we seem to fall way short!! Well, I have a solution that may answer some of the promises that we make that we can really keep.
